In this CCHI Research report, we examine the relationship between supply and demand for senior care beds in NC. We analyzed the estimated demand for care home beds by seniors 70 years of age and older compared the current inventory of beds. The data shows substantially unmet demand for senior care beds in key NC markets. Review our findings.
