Gen Z (18-27) employees prioritize passion and career growth while older staff (60+) value job stability and community growth.
The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic has little impact on Gen Z's motivation in pursuing a career in healthcare.
Most young professionals intend to stay in the healthcare industry until retirement. However, Gen Zs have the highest percentage (22%) of healthcare professionals planning to leave the industry within 3 years.
